The Vulcan VGM36 V Series 36" Modular Manual Griddle Gas Range is a heavy-duty commercial cooking solution designed for professional kitchens. Featuring three 30,000 BTU/hr burners and a ¾" polished steel griddle plate with a 4" side splash, this 36" modular range delivers 90,000 BTU of cooking power.

Built with a durable stainless steel front, sides, base, and plate ledge, it includes individual pilots and controls for each burner, a deep crumb tray, and 6" adjustable legs. The range is compatible with optional standard (50,000 BTU) or convection (32,000 BTU) ovens, both with porcelain interiors, adjustable thermostats, and heavy-duty counterweight doors.
