The Vulcan VFDUMP PowerFry Series 18" Floor Fryer Dump Station is a durable, heavy-duty accessory designed to complement commercial 18" range match fryers. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top ledge, sides, base, and stub back, it ensures long-lasting performance in busy kitchens.
The unit is mounted on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for stability and includes a 1¼" front gas manifold. When using an optional heat lamp, it requires a 120V, 60 Hz, 1-phase power supply (NEMA 5-15P).
