Featuring four powerful open burners, this countertop hot plate provides a total output of 100,000 BTU/hr, ideal for sautés, stir-fries, and reductions due to its excellent "turn down" capabilities. Each burner has a two-piece design with lift-off heads for easy cleaning. The hot plate is equipped with a manual heat control valve for each burner and uses a standing pilot ignition system for startup.

Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, and top ledge, the hot plate is highly durable. It includes heavy-duty cast-iron top grates designed to endure the demands of a busy commercial kitchen. Additionally, it comes with 4-inch adjustable legs to ensure a comfortable working height of 13 inches.

The Vulcan 24-inch countertop hot plate is supplied with a natural gas connection but can be easily converted to liquid propane with the included conversion kit.
