The Vulcan V2P36S V Series 36" Dual 18" Plancha Top Gas Range with Standard Oven delivers heavy-duty performance for commercial kitchens. This 36" wide modular range features two 17,500 BTU polished steel plancha burners with individual pilots and controls, plus a 1/2" griddle plate with a 3-sided grease trough for efficient cooking and easy cleanup.

The standard oven provides 50,000 BTU with a porcelain interior and adjustable thermostat from 150°–550°F, supporting multiple rack positions. Constructed with stainless steel front, ledges, sides, base, and stub back, it includes a 6" adjustable leg system, extra-deep crumb tray, and universal rack guides for convenience.
