It features two 35,000 BTU/hr. open burners with lift-off heads and a 24" steel griddle plate powered by two 33,000 BTU/hr. burners. The heavy-duty cast grates are designed for durability and easy cleaning, while the extra-deep crumb tray ensures convenience in maintenance.

With individual pilots and controls for each burner, this unit offers precision cooking and efficiency, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
