The Vulcan V1P18 V Series 18" Gas Range Plancha Top, Modular is a compact and versatile solution for professional kitchens, delivering 17,500 BTU/hr of cooking power with precise temperature control.

Featuring a ½" polished steel plancha plate with 4" high side splashes and a 3-sided grease trough, it ensures even heat distribution and efficient grease management. Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, base, burner box, top ledge, and stub back, the V1P18 offers durability and easy cleaning.

Each burner has individual pilots and controls for precise cooking, while the 1¼" front gas manifold and capped rear connection provide installation flexibility. The cabinet base model (V1P18B) includes a stainless steel door, universal rack guides, and one removable shelf, supported by 6" adjustable stainless steel legs.
