It features four 9½" round French plates (2 kW each) with infinite heat controls, plus a 12" wide, 7⁄8" thick thermostatically controlled griddle for precise cooking. A full-width pull-out crumb tray allows easy cleaning. The oversized standard oven offers a 5 kW input, top browning control, and a thermostat adjustable from 200°F to 500°F, accommodating 18" x 26" sheet pans in multiple positions.
