The Vulcan EV36S-3HT Endurance Series 36″ Electric Range with 3 Hot Tops and Standard Oven is built for durability and performance in demanding commercial kitchens. Featuring a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame with a stainless steel front, sides, back riser, plate shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs, this electric range is designed to last.

It includes three 12″ x 24″ thermostatically controlled hot top sections (5 kW input) for versatile cooking, along with a spacious oversized oven with a 5 kW top browning control. The oven interior measures 26½″ W x 26⅜″ D x 14″ H, accommodating 18″ x 26″ sheet pans in multiple orientations, and comes with one rack and three positions.

Additional features include a pull-out stainless steel crumb tray, cool-to-the-touch control knobs, and a thermostat adjustable from 200°F to 500°F. This unit operates on 208, 240, or 480 volts in 1 or 3 phase, ships in 3 phase, and is field convertible to single phase.
