The Vulcan EV36S-2FP2HT240 Endurance Series 36" Electric Range is a high-performance cooking solution designed for professional kitchens. Built with a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame and a stainless steel front, sides, back riser, shelf, and adjustable legs, this range offers exceptional durability.

It features two 9½" round French plates with 2 kW input each, and two 12" x 24" thermostatically controlled hot tops for versatile cooking. The full-width stainless steel crumb tray makes cleaning easy, while the oversized standard oven—measuring 26½"W x 26⅜"D x 14"H—provides 5 kW of power with top browning control and a temperature range from 200°F to 500°F.

The oven comes with one rack and accommodates three positions, suitable for 18" x 26" sheet pans. Cool-to-the-touch knobs ensure safe operation. This range operates on 208, 240, or 480 volts, 1 or 3 phase, with all units shipped in 3 phase and convertible to single phase.
