The Vulcan EV36S-2FP2HT Endurance Series 36" Electric Range is a high-performance cooking solution designed for professional kitchens. The full-width stainless steel crumb tray makes cleaning easy, while the oversized standard oven—measuring 26½"W x 26⅜"D x 14"H—provides 5 kW of power with top browning control and a temperature range from 200°F to 500°F.
