The Vulcan EV24S-4FP240 Endurance Series 24" Electric Range is a compact, heavy-duty solution for commercial kitchens, combining precise cooking control with robust performance. This 24" wide electric restaurant range features four 9½" round French plates, each with 2 kW of power and infinite heat control, perfect for simmering, sautéing, and high-heat applications. A 5 kW standard oven delivers consistent baking and roasting results with a temperature range of 200°F to 500°F, along with top browning control for finishing dishes.

The oven interior (20"W x 26½"D x 14"H) fits 18" x 26" sheet pans front to back and includes one rack with three position options. Built with a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame and stainless steel exterior, it ensures durability in demanding kitchens. Other features include cool-touch knobs, a full-width pull-out crumb tray, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs.
