The Vulcan EV24S-2HT240 Endurance Series 24" Electric Range is a compact and powerful solution for commercial kitchens, offering precision cooking and dependable durability. This 24" wide electric restaurant range features two 12" x 24" thermostatically controlled hot tops, each with 5 kW input, ideal for versatile cooking tasks. A 5 kW standard oven delivers consistent performance, with top browning control and an adjustable thermostat from 200°F to 500°F.

The oven interior measures 20"W x 26½"D x 14"H, fitting 18" x 26" sheet pans front to back, and includes one rack with three positions. Built with a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame and stainless steel exterior, this model also includes a full-width pull-out crumb tray, cool-touch knobs, and 6" adjustable legs. Designed for flexibility, it operates on 208V or 240V, 1 or 3 phase (shipped 3-phase, field convertible).
