The Vulcan 72CC-12B Endurance Series 72" Gas Range is a powerful, commercial-grade solution built for high-performance kitchens. With 12 open top burners delivering 30,000 BTU/hr each, this range features heavy-duty cast grates designed to support large stock pots and pans.
The durable, fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame is complemented by a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and high shelf, along with 6" adjustable legs for added flexibility. This model includes two 35,000 BTU/hr convection ovens, each with full-size sheet pan compatibility and thermostats adjustable from 250°F to 500°F. Energy-saving flashtube ignition, cool-touch burner knobs, and a deep crumb tray ensure safe and easy operation.
Designed with a 1" rear gas connection and pressure regulator, this unit delivers a total output of 430,000 BTU/hr, making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens.
