The Vulcan 60SC-4B36GN Endurance Series is a robust 60" wide natural gas restaurant range built for demanding commercial kitchens. This model features four powerful 30,000 BTU/hr open burners with lift-off heads and a 36" manual control griddle (7/8" thick) with a 4" grease trough for versatile cooking options.
Constructed with a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame and stainless steel front, sides, backriser, high-shelf, and adjustable 6" legs, it offers exceptional durability and easy cleaning. The range includes two ovens: a 23,000 BTU/hr baker’s depth standard oven and a 35,000 BTU/hr convection oven, both equipped with adjustable thermostats from 250°F to 500°F, multiple rack positions, and heavy-duty doors with integrated hinges.
Additional features include an energy-efficient flash tube ignition system, heavy-duty cast iron grates with built-in aeration bowls, and an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray with welded corners.
