The Turbofan VH32 Ventless Condensing Hood provides a safe, certified solution for operating high-performance E32D5 and E32T5 convection ovens in non-vented locations. Built with a full 304 stainless steel welded housing, this unit integrates a powerful three-stage filtration system, condensing technology, and full oven control interlock—all in a plug-and-play format that eliminates the need for traditional kitchen hoods or ductwork.
The VH32 offers a self-contained condensate system, so no plumbing is needed. However, for permanent setups, a remote drain hose is included to route water directly into waste lines. Its automatic dual-speed fan ensures low noise during bake cycles and boosts airflow when the oven door is opened or cooking completes.
For added safety and compliance, the oven cannot operate unless the hood is active, and an alarm alerts staff if the hood is off. The VHIK32 installation kit is provided standard and ensures proper fit and connection to E32 ovens, whether mounted on a stand or countertop.
