Built with 100% stainless steel construction, the VH31 is UL and NSF certified, offering a complete plug-and-play extraction and filtration system that integrates directly with the oven through the included VHIK31 installation kit.

This ventless hood features a three-stage filtration process—including grease baffle, mesh particulate, and charcoal filters—to control odor, smoke, and grease emissions. It incorporates a condensing heat exchanger that captures and drains moisture from the oven vent, minimizing room heat and improving comfort in compact kitchens.

The VH31’s automatic two-speed fan system intelligently adjusts to oven use: running quiet during cook cycles, boosting during end-of-cycle or door-open conditions, and completely disabling oven function if the hood is inactive—ensuring full safety compliance.

The hood includes a self-contained condensate system, requiring no plumbing connection, and also provides the option of remote drain installation using the included 6 ft. drain tube.
