Its touchscreen interface allows for manual or automated cooking, supporting up to 79 stored programs and 4-cycle sequences. An auto moisture control system, two-speed reversing fans, and core temperature probe readiness ensure reliable, repeatable results every time.
Mounted on the durable SK40A stainless steel stand, the oven maintains ergonomic height while saving space and streamlining tray handling. Daily use is simplified with a built-in hand shower, LED lighting, and an automatic Liquid Clean System for efficient maintenance.
