The Turbofan E33D5/P10M combo brings together digital baking precision and efficient proofing in a single stacked configuration. Perfect for bakeries, restaurants, schools, or commissary kitchens, this vertical solution pairs the powerful E33D5 half-size digital electric convection oven with the versatile P10M manual/electric proofer and holding cabinet.
The E33D5 oven supports 5 half-size sheet pans or steam pans, with 3⅓″ tray spacing and a powerful 5.8kW heating system. Its digital controls allow manual or programmable operation, with 20 memory slots, each offering 3-stage cooking, stage alarms, and adjustable moisture injection. The oven's bi-directional 2-speed fan and porcelain-enameled chamber ensure even cooking and easy cleanup. Optional support for a core probe allows you to bake or roast to precise internal temps.
Below, the P10M cabinet delivers dual-function performance—switching between proofing and holding modes with its mechanical thermostat (32–185°F / 20–85°C). It fits 10 half-size sheet or steam pans, with 2⅞″ tray spacing, gentle air circulation, and adjustable humidity via water pan control. A thermometer display, auto-fill water system, and fully stainless steel interior/exterior make it reliable for daily bakery use.
Mounted on castors, the E33D5/P10M system is easy to move, clean around, and access for servicing.
