The Turbofan E33D5 offers digital accuracy, superior airflow, and moisture control in a compact 13″ tray-width footprint—making it the ideal choice for bakeries, cafés, ghost kitchens, or institutional foodservice that need reliable volume in limited space. With 5 half-size pan capacity and an efficient 5.8kW heating system, it handles everything from breads and pastries to proteins and casseroles with ease.
The oven’s digital control panel includes separate knobs and LED displays for temperature and time. Operators can toggle between manual mode or store up to 20 custom programs, each with 3-stage cooking, programmable steam injection, and stage-end alarms. The reversing 2-speed fan system ensures consistent color, rise, and texture on every tray.
Maintenance is simplified with removable stainless side racks, fan baffle, and a tool-free hinged glass door for deep chamber access. The cool-touch door, plug-in seal, and dual halogen lights further reduce heat loss and improve visibility. If needed, the unit is core probe ready, allowing temperature-controlled precision when working with meats or sensitive dishes.
