The Turbofan E31D4/2C is the ideal solution for kitchens that demand output, precision, and compact performance. This vertically stacked oven system includes two independently operated E31D4 ovens, offering a total of 8 half-size pan capacity in a footprint just over 31⅞″ wide and 26¼″ deep—perfect for tight prep areas or front-of-house baking stations.
Each oven features a powerful 2.8kW bake system with low-velocity fan for balanced airflow, plus a 2.0kW broil element for high-heat finishing or grilling. Whether baking croissants or broiling gratins, operators benefit from precise digital controls, 20 programmable modes, and 3-stage cooking cycles. This makes the E31D4 ideal for catering menus, institutional service, or QSRs with evolving prep routines.
The ovens feature an intuitive interface with two rotary knobs for time and temperature and six dedicated keys for program selection, light toggle, timer, broil activation, and more. Both ovens include plug-in door seals, removable fan baffles, and hinge-out inner door glass to simplify daily cleaning and maximize uptime.
Built for durability, the all-stainless steel double stacking frame and vent extension support long-term use. The included DSK272831C base stand features four heavy-duty 3″ swivel castors (2 locking) for easy maneuverability and floor cleaning access. Fully assembled, this unit meets ETL and NSF-4 standards and is ready for immediate commercial installation with NEMA 6-15P cordsets on both ovens.
