This stacked convection system delivers performance for bakeries, schools, hotels, commissaries, or anywhere consistent, high-volume baking is a must. Each oven fits 4 full size sheet pans, giving you 8-pan capacity total, stacked vertically to save floor space and boost productivity.
Inside each oven, twin reversing 7″ fans circulate hot air evenly across all four rack levels, eliminating cold spots and ensuring consistent browning and cooking—even during heavy back-to-back baking cycles. Powered by 5.6kW (220–240V) or 5.0kW (208V) per oven, these units heat up rapidly and maintain stable internal temperatures.
With intuitive manual controls, including mechanical thermostats and 60-minute timers with buzzer alerts, the E28M4/2C is ideal for kitchens that prefer straightforward, durable operation. Designed with cleaning and maintenance in mind, each oven includes porcelain-enameled oven chambers, removable racks and side supports, hinge-out inner door glass, and plug-in seals—allowing full access for sanitation without tools.
