The Turbofan E27M3/SK2731U delivers dependable full-size baking performance in a compact footprint. Built for demanding commercial kitchens, bakeries, and institutional foodservice, this oven fits three full size sheet pans while occupying only 31⅞″ of width. With manual rotary controls, the unit is easy to operate and ideal for high-turnover environments that need consistency, simplicity, and speed.
Powered by a 4.5kW heating element (220–240V) or 4.0kW (208V), the oven reaches baking temperature quickly and maintains it evenly with the help of a bi-directional reversing fan. Internally, the oven is lined with a porcelain enameled, fully welded chamber and equipped with removable side racks and a stainless fan baffle—making cleanup fast and easy. A hinge-out inner door glass allows thorough cleaning without tools.
The included SK2731U stainless steel stand adds vertical storage and ergonomic height while keeping your baking tools within reach. Designed for mobility, the stand features four swivel castors, two of which are locking for safety during operation. With six tray runners, it offers a dedicated space to store half or full-size sheet pans.
The oven is further equipped with dual halogen lamps for visibility, a safe-touch door handle, and heavy-duty hinges for durability.
