The Turbofan E27M3/2C is the ultimate double-stacked convection oven setup for kitchens that need high output in a narrow footprint. Each oven fits three full size sheet pans, allowing a total of six pans in use at once. Ideal for bakeries, schools, hotels, and catering kitchens, this system doubles your productivity vertically—saving floor space while boosting efficiency.
Each oven is independently powered with a mechanical thermostat, 60-minute timer, and audible alarm, making this model incredibly simple to operate and train staff on. The bi-directional reversing fan in each oven ensures consistent browning and even airflow across all tray levels. Built from durable stainless steel with porcelain-enameled oven chambers, these ovens are designed to stand up to continuous daily use.
Cleaning and maintenance are made easy with removable side racks, hinge-out door glass, plug-in door seals, and removable fan baffles. Each oven includes 3 chrome wire racks, and the unit features dual halogen lamps for complete visibility during baking—so you don’t have to open the door and lose heat.
Mounted on the DSK272831C castor base stand, the unit provides secure support with locking swivel castors for mobility and a guard rail for the lower oven. The fully welded stainless frame and oven spacer frame provide durability and clearance for airflow and serviceability.
