This hamburger patty press will produce quick forming of hamburgers with patty paper interleaves. This machine is made of anodized aluminum construction. The parts that are in contact with the meat are made of stainless steel and are easily removable and easy to disassemble for cleaning. This unit is easy to operate; simply place your ground meat in the tray and use the handle to push down. It’s ideal for fast food establishments, restaurants, or any fast-paced kitchen. Cellophane patty papers are sold separately. Made in Italy.
