This vertical rotisserie grill features four infrared dual burners with ceramic plates that produce a total of 17.50 kW of power. It’s capable of holding meat up to 120 kg (264 lb) in weight and 1310 mm (51.57 inches) tall. This type of rotisserie allows excess grease to slide easily off the meat while still keeping in all the delicious flavours. The positioning of the meat on the skewer allows ample space to properly shave off meat to be served in the traditional Greek dish.
The Potis GD5 is constructed from a durable stainless steel that resists rust and is easy to clean after a busy day of constant use.
