This machine is made of anodized aluminum. The parts that are in contact with the meat are made of stainless steel and are easily removable for cleaning. This unit is easy to operate; simply place your ground meat in the tray and use the handle to push down. It’s ideal for restaurants, cafes, and diners. Patty papers are sold separately.
