Mandoline Vegetable Slicer

The Omcan Mandoline Vegetable Slicer is made of stainless steel and designed to cut vegetables with ease for small to medium applications. This unit comes complete with five interchangeable cutting blades and a plastic hand pusher. The rubber-coated handles and feet provide stability while in use. The top levers allow thickness adjustments of up to 3/8” (9.5mm). The mandoline slicer is designed to slice, waffle, and julienne cut a variety of fruits and vegetables.
