Each drawer is spacious to fit a full-size food pan of size 12" x 20" x 6" which comes with the product (for each drawer). Its freestanding design lets you fit the drawer warmer anywhere in your kitchen, and the unit is designed specifically for deep countertops.

Each drawer has a separate thermostatic control that allows adjusting heating temperature in the 80-220 degrees Fahrenheit (27-104.4 ºC) range. The drawer is finished with a 1" thick fiberglass insulation and a built-in drawer gasket that retains heat inside for energy efficiency. The durable stainless steel construction is designed taking into consideration its frequent use in a busy kitchen environment. The drawer warmer is equipped with a vent control feature ranging from 'dry' to 'moist' that allows for adjustment of the humidity levels in a more generous.
