The drawer is spacious enough to fit a full-size food pan of size 12" x 20" x 6" with the product. Its freestanding design lets you fit the drawer warmer anywhere in your kitchen.

Each drawer has a separate thermostatic control that allows adjusting heating temperature in the 80-220 degrees Fahrenheit (27-104.4 ºC) range. The drawer is finished with a 1" thick fiberglass insulation and a built-in drawer gasket that retains heat inside for energy efficiency. The durable stainless steel construction is designed taking into consideration its frequent use in a busy kitchen environment. The drawer warmer is equipped with a vent control feature ranging from 'dry' to 'moist' that allows to adjustment of the humidity levels in a more generous.
