Affinacheese 150 kg with Climatouch and Fumotic STG150TFO
Affinacheese® has been designed specifically for the drying/seasoning of all types of cheeses. All internal and external parts that may come in contact with food are built using AISI 304 stainless steel. Climatouch® is an advanced management system dedicated to the creation of the ideal microclimates necessary for food transformation. The creation of these microclimates is managed automatically by Climatouch® whether through preprogrammed climatic recipes, or climatic recipes created and saved into Climatouch ®’s internal storage.
