The s-type knife and slicer plate feature an adjustable dial that allows you to customize the slice thickness. You’ll be able to produce uniform and thin slices of cucumber for salads or thicker slices of potato for scalloped potato dishes easily without the difficult and time-consuming labour involved with manual slicing.
The slicer attachment is made of durable construction and is easy to clean. This entire unit disassembles easily for even simpler cleaning and lubrication.
