The CORECombi 62E delivers high-performance cooking for large-volume commercial kitchens, catering operations, and demanding foodservice environments. As part of the Justa by Vulcan series, this fully electric, 6-level combi oven blends steam, convection, and combination cooking in a spacious, full-size design. It provides consistent results, broad versatility, and user-friendly operation even during peak production.
This model CORE-62E-240 is compatible with many commercial buildings that supply 208V three-phase power, simplifies integration if your facility is already wired for 208V.
