Quickly and efficiently clean and sterilize racks of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and utensils with the Hobart Stero SD3-2 Door-Type Dishwasher with Built-In Booster Heater.

This energy efficient commercial dishwasher uses a mere 0.85 gallons of water per cycle. The Hobart Stero is capable of cleaning up to 58 racks of ware per hour, and saving water and energy while it does.  Three timed wash cycles of 1, 2, or 4 minutes help give you the most effective clean. An 8.5 kW built-in booster heater ensures minimum temperatures of 180°F for the final rinse cycle.

This door-type warewasher is constructed out of stainless steel and features interchangeable upper and lower wash and rinse arms. It’s equipped with clear digital controls that let you select between cycle lengths as well as deliver error notifications in case of a problem.

The dishwasher has a large 17-inch door opening to accommodate a variety of dishes and cookware including large pots and pans.
