This powerful and energy efficient door-type dishwasher can be configured into a hot water or chemical sanitizing unit depending on your unique needs. It’s low on energy and water consumption, which means you’ll be spending less on utility bills.
The Hobart Stero SD3-1 uses only 0.85 gallons of water per rack and has the ability to clean 58 racks per hour when using hot water to sanitize or 65 racks per hour when using chemicals to sanitize. Three timed wash cycles of 1, 2, or 4 minutes help give you the most effective clean. A 5 kW electric heating unit ensures minimum temperatures of 180F for hot water sanitizing or 140F for chemical sanitizing.
This door-type warewasher is constructed out of stainless steel and features interchangeable upper and lower wash and rinse arms. It’s equipped with clear digital controls that let you select between cycle lengths as well as deliver error notifications in case of a problem.
The dishwasher has a large 17-inch door opening to accommodate a variety of dishes and cookware including large pots and pans.
