Product Overview
The Hobart Advansys LXnR-2L is a high-temperature undercounter dishwasher engineered for demanding commercial kitchens. It combines powerful sanitizing performance, advanced digital controls, and efficient operation in a compact design. Distinguished by its steam elimination and energy recovery systems, this model optimizes chemical and water usage to reduce both energy consumption and operating costs. The LXnR-2L comes equipped with a factory-installed two-level rack kit, configured at the time of production. This additional rack level maximizes dishwasher capacity and efficiency, allowing for more clean serveware to be ready when needed. Ideal for environments requiring consistently high-quality wash results—such as hospitals, laboratories, and other high-standard facilities—the LXnR-2L ensures superior cleaning performance and dependable service.

Important Notes (More details are available in the spec sheet)
- All vertical machine dimensions taken from floor may be increased by 1".
- Moist air escapes from the door.
- Use only moisture resistant materials adjacent to dishmachine sides and top.
- A vent hood is not recommended above the undercounter dishmachine since it does not produce excessive vapors.
Plumbing Notes (More details are available in the spec sheet)
- Water hammer arrestor (meeting ASSE-1010 Standard or equivalent) to be supplied (by others) in common water supply line at service connection.
- Recommended water hardness to be 3 grains or less for best results
Electrical Notes (More details are available in the spec sheet)
- For supply connections, use copper wire only rated at 90°C minimum.
- This system requires three power wires which includes a current carrying neutral, an additional fourth wire must be provided for machine ground.
- Dishmachine not provided with internal GFCI protection.
