For facilities that demand high throughput yet have limited utility or exhaust infrastructure, the AM16VLT-ADV provides a smart solution. Its advanced features includiing the low-water usage, energy recovery systems, digital connectivity and more, make it both cost-efficient and operationally intelligent. Its durable construction and designed-for-volume wash cycles also ensure it can handle demanding commercial dishroom environments.
The door opening measures 27", allowing accommodation of 18"x26" sheet pans or a 60-quart mixing bowl—making the machine versatile for menus that go beyond standard dish loads.

Plumbing Notes
- Water hammer arrestor (meeting ASSE-1010 standard or equivalent) to be supplied (by others) in common water supply line at service connection.
- Recommended water hardness to be 3 grains or less for best results.
- This is a pumped rinse machine. Pressure regulating valve is not necessary on hot or cold lines
