The Hobart AM16 ASR Tall Door-Type Dishwasher combines exceptional cleaning power with a spacious, high-clearance chamber, engineered to handle everything from standard dishware to full-size sheet pans and large kitchen utensils. Built for versatility, reliability, and efficiency, it’s the perfect choice for busy kitchens that need to wash more in less time without sacrificing cleanliness or performance.
With its increased door opening and deep wash cavity, the AM16 ASR easily accommodates full 18" × 26" sheet pans, mixing bowls, and larger kitchen items that don’t fit in standard dish machines. This added clearance eliminates the need for manual scrubbing of oversized wares, streamlining operations and saving valuable labor. It’s an ideal solution for bakeries, catering operations, and high-volume restaurants that demand complete wash coverage for large cookware and trays.

- All dimensions taken from floor line may increase 7/8" or decrease 3/8" depending on leg adjustment.

- Backflow prevention provided by NSF-approved air gap device.
- For optimal performance, Hobart recommends maintaining a dishroom temperature of 65°F (18°C) or higher, as lower temperatures may hinder the machine’s capacity to operate effectively (with lower performance as ambient temperature decreases).
Plumbing Notes
- Water hammer arrestor (meeting ASSE-1010 standard or equivalent) to be supplied (by others) in common water supply line at service connection.
- Recommended water hardness to be 3 grains or less for best results.
- This is a pumped rinse machine. Pressure regulating valve is not necessary on hot or cold lines.
