This double-deck electric convection oven has a solid-state control feature with a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer that lets you know when the food is cooked. Its two-speed fan control comes equipped with a powerful ¾ HP fan motor. Each oven boasts 10.4kW of power.

The SUME-200 has a stainless steel front construction along with stainless steel sides, tops, and legs. Its interior is porcelain-enameled with coved corners for ease of cleaning. This convection oven comes with five chrome-plated oven racks and 10 position rack guides. A full-length, stainless steel positive door closure with a 60/40 dependent door design and double-pane thermal window allows you to view the food while it cooks.

Each rack measures 29” W x 24” H x 24” D. The double-deck feature not only saves limited kitchen space but also allows you to cook and bake simultaneously in two dull size convection ovens, thus reducing cook time and increasing production.
