The Dean SR62G Super Runner Gas Fryer is designed for high-volume, all-purpose commercial frying and delivers reliable performance with a large cooking surface and efficient heat transfer system. Built to accommodate a broad menu range, this fryer blends durability, capacity and energy efficiency into a robust floor-model solution. The fryers are available in three oil capacities utilizing 43 lbs., 50 lbs. and 75 lbs. of oil.
