Next Generation Undercounter Refrigeration – Engineered for Performance and Durability

Fagor Next Generation Undercounter Refrigerators are built to exceed industry standards, combining robust construction with smart design for high-performance commercial environments. The exterior features heavy-duty stainless steel on the top, front, and sides, complemented by a galvanized back panel for added durability. Inside, the interior is fully constructed of stainless steel with a coved corner floor to meet NSF requirements and ensure easy cleaning.

Doors are designed with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and interior, featuring a recessed, in-step design for insulation and a positive seal for energy efficiency. Each door includes a self-closing mechanism with a 120˚ stay-open feature for convenience during use. The drawers are also constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel and equipped with full-extension, heavy-duty drawer slides. They accommodate (1) 12” x 20” x 4” deep pan per drawer in 27” & 60” models, and (1) 12” x 18” x 4” deep box or a combination of (1) 1/2 and (1) 1/3 pan in 48” & 72” models (pans and boxes sold separately). Drawers also come standard with two pan dividers per drawer.

All door and drawer openings feature plastic breaker strips to help prevent condensate buildup, while magnetic gaskets—removable without tools—ensure a tight seal. Recessed full-length handles provide a sleek and ergonomic user experience. The cabinet is insulated with 2” of CFC-free Ecomate polyurethane foam, foamed in place for superior thermal efficiency.

Each door section includes two epoxy-coated shelves, supported by channel slides and adjustable in 1/2” increments, offering flexible storage configurations to meet your kitchen’s evolving needs.
