Built for the rigors of high-volume kitchens, the Delfield 4472NP-M offers exceptional durability, efficiency, and performance in one streamlined unit. With a full stainless-steel exterior and a dent- and corrosion-resistant ABS interior, this Mega Top table delivers both rugged protection and long-lasting reliability. Its front-breathing design makes it easy to install flush against walls or within tight prep lines without compromising ventilation—perfect for maximizing workspace in compact environments.
On top, the unit features a stainless prep surface fitted with a heavy-duty, dishwasher-safe polyethylene cutting board. It accommodates either 12 or 18 sixth-size pans (4" or 6" deep), supported by dual-level brackets that let you lower the pans by an extra inch—tool-free—for improved cold retention during busy shifts.
Choose from a flexible range of configurations, including models with drawers or doors. The drawer version features durable stainless frames with smooth-gliding Delrin bearings and a 10-year warranty, supporting full-size and 1/9 pans for organized, accessible storage.
