The Delfield 4448NP-M Mega-Top Refrigerated Base is a versatile and space-conscious solution designed to streamline cold ingredient storage and prep in commercial kitchens. With its smart, front-breathing design, it fits seamlessly into tight spaces without sacrificing performance or accessibility. At the heart of its functionality is a spacious mega-top compartment, built to hold up to 1/6-size pans (4" to 6" deep), perfectly recessed beneath a sleek, telescoping stainless steel lid that helps maintain safe holding temperatures between 33°F and 41°F.
A full-length, 8-inch cutting board made of durable, dishwasher-safe polyethylene spans the front, creating an efficient workstation where prep meets cold storage—all within arm’s reach. Whether you’re prepping sandwiches, salads, or assembling grab-and-go meals, this unit is built to keep you moving.
