The 92010-K Kit is made up of the 20100-K Blue2 Instrument and 51337-K DuraNeedle Direct Connect Probe with screw-in flanged connector. The Blue2 instrument transmits temperatures wirelessly to your mobile device via Bluetooth Low Energy. It can utilize any interchangeable Type-K thermocouple temperature probe making it versatile for insertion, air or surface temperature measurement. The temperature ranges from -40º to 999ºF (-40º to 537ºC). It works in conjuction with the HACCP Manager Mobile App. Data that is collected from the Blue2 instrument is stored in the app, and then transferred to the HACCP Manager Enterprise software. The data can also be integrated into existing third party applications. With up to 500 hours of battery life, this blutooth thermocouple instrumental is the most reliable instrument for your temperature calculating needs.
