The tempature ranges from -99.9° to 999.9°F (-73.2° to 537.7°C).This model works with the HACCP Manager Enterprise software which is accessed via the internet. The 37200 transfers data to the software via a USB cable. The 37500 handheld incorporates Wi-Fi technology to allow the user to transmit data via a Wi-Fi connection.
