Powered by gas for rapid heat-up and reduced energy costs, the C4ET10.20GB combines performance with advanced technology. The intuitive 10" easyTouch glass touchscreen offers simple operation and access to programmable recipes, HACCP tracking, and smart automation. Features like ACS+ (Advanced Closed System) climate management, TrayTimer, Press&Go, and BakePro ensure precise, consistent cooking results—even across multiple trays.

This oven is also designed with hygiene and safety in mind. It includes ConvoClean+ automatic cleaning, SteamDisinfect, a triple-glazed safety door with integrated LED lighting, and a multi-point core temperature probe for accurate internal readings. Additional highlights such as ecoCooking energy-saving mode and Cook&Hold functionality support greater kitchen efficiency and flexibility throughout service.
