The GBS Combistar FX101E3 Level 3 Combi Oven is a cutting-edge solution for professional kitchens demanding versatility, efficiency and precision. Built to handle high standards of cooking performance, this unit combines digital programmability with robust engineering to deliver exceptional results across steam, convection and combination cooking modes. The FX Series combi oven has an average lifespan of 16 years. Customers who purchase the premium water filter are eligible for a complimentary one-year extended warranty on the oven.
