This steam jacketed kettle features an energy-efficient, high-performance gas heating system that ensures quick heat-up and recovery times. An insulated heat exchanger helps retain and regulate temperature, while an automatic electronic spark ignition system guarantees reliable start-up.

The steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water, rated at 50 PSI, and equipped with a rear-mounted safety valve to prevent accidental operation. The exterior is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel.

A splash-proof solid-state control panel provides easy temperature regulation, monitors the heat cycle, and includes a low-water level warning.
