The Cleveland KET-6-T electric 6-gallon countertop 2/3 steam jacketed kettle is a self-contained unit that is easy to install and use. With a 6-gallon capacity, it can cook a variety of delicious dishes such as soup, pasta, and rice. It is also ideal for simmering due to its precise temperature control (with less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit variance).
The kettle features welded-in heating elements that help maintain a vacuum and prevent water loss. Its 50 PSI steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water and includes a rear-mounted safety valve to prevent spillage. The exterior is made of durable 304 stainless steel.
The splash-proof control panel allows easy monitoring and regulation of temperature and includes a low water warning. Special features of the KET-6-T include a self-locking mechanism and a reinforced rim design to prevent spills.
