The Cleveland KET-3-T electric 3-gallon tabletop 2/3 steam jacketed kettle is a robust, self-contained unit that's simple to install and operate. Its 3-gallon capacity allows you to prepare delicious batches of stew, pasta, chili, and soup for your restaurant, hotel, or buffet. With precise temperature control (less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit variance), it’s perfect for simmering as well.
The Cleveland KET-3-T features welded-in heating elements that maintain a vacuum better and prevent leaks. Its steam jacket, permanently filled with treated, distilled water, is rated at 50 PSI and includes a rear-mounted safety valve for protection. The exterior is crafted from durable 304 stainless steel.
The splash-proof, solid-state control panel makes it easy to regulate and monitor temperature and heat cycles, and it includes a low-water warning. Additional features of the Cleveland KET-3-T include a reinforced rolled rim for durability, a large capacity pouring lip, and a self-locking, marine-type tilting mechanism to prevent accidental tilting.
