The interior cabinet is lined with bright white aluminum and has a full stainless steel floor with coved corners for durability and easy cleaning. It includes three adjustable, heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves.

Using environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon gas, the unit incorporates an efficient condensate hot gas loop in the condensate pan for energy-saving evaporation of excess water. The bottom-mounted compressor ensures more efficient operation in the coolest area of the kitchen, while the front-accessible, bottom-mounted condensing unit is mounted on a slide-out rack for easy maintenance.

The unit comes standard with easy-to-mount plate casters, including two that are lockable. The vaulted self-closing door stays open at 90 degrees, and the magnetic door gasket is both removable and replaceable without tools. The door is field reversible, lockable, and features a foamed-in-place recessed handle.

Equipped with a larger fan motor and blades, the unit ensures more efficient airflow and faster recovery times. It can hold full-size sheet pans front to back. All products are pressurized with environmentally friendly and efficient Hydrocarbon gas.
